My Goals

1. Marathon (4 hours)

In 2021, I ran my first marathon in 4 hours and 24 minutes. My goal for 2023 is to beat this time and complete a marathon in less than 4 hours

2. 10h of exercise per week

My amount of exercise in 2022 was less intense, so in 2023, I plan to step up my training again to a higher level.

3. One day in the forest (each week)

I want to do more day trips in the forest, with the goal of doing it once a week. I also want to camp and hike more.

4. Publish 50 videos on Youtube

In 2022, I started my YouTube channel, and in 2023, I plan to upload a total of 50 videos.
